Advice on use
Our vinegar & blueberry is perfect for deglazing veal liver, foie gras escalope, duck breast or confit duck leg.
Season your duck salads, fresh figs or parmesan cheese with our delicious vinegar & fig.
Our vinegar & mango tastes delicious with caramelised pork. It also pairs well with desserts such as mango and coconut verrine.
COMPOSITION
1. Vinegar with blueberry puree and natural flavour
Ingredients: blueberry puree 39%, vinegar 37%, sugar, balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, grape must), natural blueberry flavour, thickener: pectin.

3. Vinegar with mango puree
Ingredients: vinegar 43%, mango puree 36% sugar, thickener: pectin.
Nutritional values 100 ml - Energy:
490 kJ / 117 kcal - Fat: 0 g - of which saturates: 0 g - Carbohydrate: 29 g - of which sugars: 26 g - Fibre: 0 g - Protein: 0 g - Salt: 0.03 g.
Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
