A mild, fruity and zesty vinegar: the sweet taste of blueberry is enhanced by the acidity of the vinegar. A zesty and balanced condiment, this vinegar is perfect for deglazing meats and drizzling over vegetable or fruit salads.
Advice on use
This vinegar is ideal for deglazing veal liver, foie gras, duck breast and duck leg confit.
This delicious recipe also tastes great on a tomato salad with olive oil and adds the perfect finishing touch to goat's cheese or yoghurt ice cream.

Culinary preparation of vinegar, blueberry purée and natural flavouring.
Ingredients: blueberry purée 39%, spirit vinegar 37%, sugar, balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, grape must), natural blueberry flavouring, thickener: pectin.
Shake before use. Once opened, store in the refrigerator. Average nutritional values per 100 ml – Energy: 501 kcal / 120 kJ - Fat: 0.17 g - of which saturated fatty acids: 0 g - Carbohydrate: 28.4 g - of which sugars: 26.7 g - Fibre: 1.8 g – Protein: < 0.5 g - Salt: 0.02 g.
