This vinegar makes an ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood and is great for deglazing pan-fried langoustines. It also adds a pop of flavour to tuna or salmon tartare. Its fresh flavour is a match made in heaven drizzled over a chicken salad with dry fruits.
Vinegar with citrus fruit puree Ingredients: vinegar 43%, citrus fruit puree 36% (lemon 16%, grapefruit 16%, orange 12%), sugar, thickener: pectin. Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
