Our courgette & mint vinegar combines the well-rounded flavour of courgette, an iconic vegetable in Provence, with the intensity of mint. A delicious vinegar that tastes great drizzled over raw vegetables, green olives, garlic or anchovies.
Advice on use
This vinegar is perfect in a dressing with extra virgin olive oil. You can use it to dress all kinds of salads, from rocket to romaine lettuce. It was just made for raw vegetables!
Vinegar with zucchini puree and mint
Ingredients: vinegar 45%, zucchini puree 32% (zucchini, starch and pea fibers, potato flakes), sugar, green olive tapenade (green olives (green olives, salt), capers (capers, water, vinegar, salt), extra virgin olive oil, anchovy cream (salted anchovies, olive oil, wine vinegar, spices), wine vinegar (sulphite), garlic, pepper), mint 2%, pectin, dehydrated garlic, xanthan, chlorophyll. May contain milk.
