Experience the intense yet mellow taste of our PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and fall in love with its smooth, syrupy texture. With a stunning amber colour, it has beautiful notes of red fruits, finishing with an aftertaste of semi dried fig.
Advice on use
This vinegar is ideal for deglazing white meats, foie gras or liver. It’s also delicious on prime rib or parmesan cheese. You can even drizzle it over strawberry salads or ice cream.
