Advice on use
This vinegar is great for deglazing white meats, foie gras or mixed in with the cooking juice of roasted figs. It’s also perfect for seasoning typical salads (mesclun, rocket, lamb’s lettuce) with duck breast, fresh figs, parmesan shavings and a dash of olive oil.
COMPOSITION
Vinegar with fig puree
Ingredients: vinegar 43%, fig puree 36%, sugar, thickener: pectin.
