Discover the legendary flavour of the Basque Espelette chilli with this spirited vinegar. The beautiful balance between the sweetness of the pepper and the spiciness of the Espelette chilli is a match made in heaven. This flavour combination gives a fresh kick to every recipe.

Advice on use

This vinegar is perfect for deglazing meat such as veal ribs, such as veal ribs, rack of lamb or poultry. It also tastes great with pan-fried vegetables and cuttlefish with garlic and parsley. You can also use it to dress gourmet salads, mixed salads or green salads.

Ingredients: vinegar 42%, bell pepper 40%, sugar, thickener: pectin, Espelette chilli 0,5%. Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
