Description
A delicate vinegar, enhanced with beautiful truffle aromas. It adds elegant and sophisticated flavours to any dish.
Advice on use
This vinegar is great for deglazing pan-fried foie gras, veal ribs or duck breast.
It can also be used in a dressing for salads which contain foie gras, gizzard confit, poultry liver or young shoots with fleur de sel and freshly ground pepper.

Ingredients: balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, cooked grape must, (sulphites)), truffle juice (tuber melanoporum & tuber brumale, salt) 3%, natural flavourings.
