Description
A marriage of the delicate flavours of mandarin orange and the intense, tangy notes of yuzu. The result is a vibrant condiment with floral notes and a hint of bitterness on the finish to enhance all your culinary creations.
Advice on use
Ideal for tuna tartare, salmon carpaccio or a surprising vinaigrette.
This vinegar can also be used on your desserts: vanilla ice cream, panna cotta, mandarin crème brulée or in cocktails and mocktails.
COMPOSITION

Ingredients: vinegar 43%, citrus juice and puree (mandarin 13.2%, grapefruit, orange, yuzu 7%), sugar, thickener: pectin.
Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
