Advice on use

This vinegar is ideal for deglazing white meats like veal, accompanied by diced tomatoes and mozzarella.

It can also be used to dress all kinds of salads.

COMPOSITION

Vinegar with tomato puree and basil

Ingredients: vinegar 42,5%, tomato puree 42%, sugar, basil 4%, thickener: pectin.

Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.Nutritional values 100 ml - Energy: 273 kJ / 64 kcal - Fat: <0,5 g - of which saturates: 0 g - Carbohydrate: 16 g - of which sugars: 15 g - Fibre: 0 g - Protein: 0.7 g - Salt: 0.06 g.
