Advice on use
Our aromatic olive oil with white truffle flavour pairs perfectly with steamed potatoes, veal chops in a creamy sauce, risottos or with simple pasta dishes.
Our curry flavoured oil will add a delicious pop of flavour to fish and white meat recipes. It will also bring an exotic touch to a salad or vegetable dish.
Our oregano olive oil is a great way to season vegetable tians, herby roasted leg of lamb, fresh goat’s cheese and pan-fried mullet.

1.CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 98%,WHITE TRUFFLE (Tuber magnatum) EXTRACT AND FLAVOUR
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 98%, white truffle extract (Tuber magnatum)* 1%, flavour.
*(2 g of white truffle (Tuber magnatum) are needed to flavour 1 L of olive oil).
2.CURRY SUNFLOWER OIL
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, curry extract (Cumin, Fenugreek Seed, Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Cardamom, Ginger, Black Pepper, Mace and Salt)
3.CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 99% AND MARJORAM EXTRACT
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 99%, marjoram extract* 1%.
*(120 g of marjoram are needed to flavour 1 L of olive oil).
Store in a cool dark place.
