THE EXQUISITE

Our aromatic lemon from Nice olive oil is ideal for adding a fresh flavour to all kinds of gourmet salads (Caesar, tabbouleh, crudités). It also makes an excellent fish marinade, though it also complements dishes such as lemon chicken, tagine and baked fish. It even tastes great with baked goods!

Use the raspberry vinegar to season red cabbage, beet salad or gizzard confit. It’s also great for deglazing meat, creating mouth-watering sauces, or giving that special something to some fresh goat’s cheese or a bowl of figs and vanilla ice cream after a meal.

A spoonful of black olive tapenade will add a touch of sweetness to your dressing!

1- CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 99%, LEMON FROM THE NICE REGION EXTRACT AND LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, lemon infused olive oil (extra virgin olive oil, lemon from the Nice region 2.5%), lemon essential oil 0.2%.

2- VINEGAR WITH RASPBERRY PUREE
Ingredients: vinegar 43%, raspberry puree 36%, sugar, thickener: pectin.

3- SEASONED BLACK OLIVE PASTE
Ingredients: black olives 82% [origin: EU /non EU] (black olives pulp (black olives, salt), black olives), capers 6% (capers, water, vinegar, salt), extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar (sulphites), anchovy cream 2.6% (salted anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus-anchoita), olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), garlic, pepper. Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts and sesame.

OLIVE OIL : Store in a cool dark place. 
VINEGAR : Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
PASTE : Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 8 days.
