Advice on use

Our aromatic oils are infused using a method that captures all the aromas of fresh plants, and their natural aromatic flavours will bring a beautiful harmony to all your dishes.

Oil  Marseille basil elixir pairs well with beef carpaccio or baked fish.

Use our savory, rosemary and thyme blend on fresh goat's cheese, summer vegetables or mashed potato.

The oil green and red Jalapeño chilli  tastes great on pizza or with an antipasti of roasted and marinated vegetables.

Give an omelette or a pumpkin mash a new lease of life with our delicate  oil black truffle flavoured .

Just a little drizzle of our delicious oil  wild garlic and white truffle oil over pasta or oven-baked chicken will bring a real pop of flavour to your dish.

Our PDO Provence virgin olive oil, made from olives harvested from centuries-old olive trees, is the perfect finishing touch for grilled asparagus or pan-fried scallops.

COMPOSITION

1. Preparation made from extra virgin olive oil 99% and Marseillais Basil extract
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 99%, marseillais basil extract* 1%.
*(333g of marseillais basil are needed to flavour 1L of oil).

2. Preparation made from extra virgin olive oil 99%, Savory, Rosemary and Thyme extracts
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 99%, savory, rosemary and thyme extracts* 1%.
*(150g of savory, 69g of rosemary and 34g of thyme are needed to flavour 1L of oil).

3. Preparation made from extra virgin olive oil 99% and green and red Jalapeño Peppers extract
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 99%, green and red Jalapeño peppers extract* 1%.
*(300g of green and red peppers are needed to flavour 1L of oil).

4. Preparation made from extra virgin olive oil 95%, Black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) extract and flavour
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 95%, flavour, black truffle extract* 2%.
*(2g of black truffle are needed to flavour 1L of oil).

5. Preparation made from extra virgin olive oil 97%, White Truffle (Tuber Magnatum) and Wild Garlic extracts and flavour
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 97%, flavour, white truffle and wild garlic extracts* 1%.
*(2g of white truffle and 133g of wild garlic are needed to flavour 1L of oil).

6. Virgin olive oil from Provence PDO, Century-old Olive Trees
Olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Store in a cool dark place.
