Anchovy purée is a delicious condiment typical of Provence. It tastes great on toast and can even be used in dressings.

COMPOSITION
Seasoned anchovy paste
Ingredients: anchovy cream 38.7% (salted anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus-anchoita), sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), vegetal oils (sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil), water, capers (capers, water, wine vinegar, salt), wine vinegar (sulphites), garlic, concentrated lemon juice, pepper. Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, nuts, milk, molluscs, mustard and sesame.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 8 days.
