Description
An iconic ingredient in Provençal cuisine, tapenade is an essential part of many Mediterranean aperitifs. Made with black olives and capers, it will taste great with oven baked fish and grilled meat.
Advice on use
Spread this tapenade on bread for the perfect appetiser. It can also add a beautiful pop of flavour to pies, steamed vegetables and even fish.
COMPOSITION
Seasoned black olive paste.
Ingredients: black olives 82% [origin: EU /non EU] (black olives pulp (black olives, salt), black olives), capers 6% (capers, water, vinegar, salt), extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar (sulphites), anchovy cream 2.6% (salted anchovies 82%(Engraulis encrasicolus-anchoita), olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), garlic, pepper. Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts and sesame
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 8 days.
