Aubergine caviar tastes great on bread, and it also adds a pop of flavour to pies and steamed vegetables.

Ingredients: grilled aubergine [origin: EU] 62.6% (with antioxidant: citric acid), vegetal oils (sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil), black olives pulp (black olives, salt), garlic, salt, concentrated lemon juice, pepper. Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts and sesame.
Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 8 days.
