Description
A fleshy, slightly wrinkled texture with fruity, earthy aromas of red fruits and ripe olives that subtly blend with notes of chocolate and vanilla. The characteristic taste of the Nyons olive is linked to the brining process which preserves them without compromising their taste. Immersed in a solution of water and sea salt for several months, they lose their natural bitterness whilst retaining their delicious olive taste and soft flesh.
Advice on use
Perfect for adding flavour to a summer salad, terrine, cake, omelette or a simple appetiser. PDO Nyons olives will make every meal a delight.
