Description

A sweet, creamy vinegar made from mango purée and vinegar. Its smooth, sweet flavour is accompanied by a slight acidity that really lifts the flavour of the mango. This vinegar tastes great on both sweet and savoury dishes. With its perfect balance of floral and fruity notes, it’s sure to wake up your taste buds.

Advice on use

This vinegar pairs well with duck breast or caramelised pork. It also tastes great with desserts like mango and coconut verrine

COMPOSITION

Vinegar with mango puree
Ingredients: vinegar 43%, mango puree 36% sugar, thickener: pectin.
Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.
