The slightly aniseedy freshness of the fennel coupled with the intensity of the pink peppercorns gives this olive oil real finesse. A delicately flavoured olive oil which can be used liberally on all your favourite dishes.

Advice on use

For a match made in heaven, drizzle this olive oil over fish: salmon steak, bass carpaccio, fish tartare, prawn tagliatelle or smoked fish risotto. It also adds a deliciously subtle flavour to steamed vegetables and potatoes.

COMPOSITION

CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 98% AND FENNEL AND PINK BERRIES EXTRACTS

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 98%, Fennel extract* 1%,
pink berries extract* 1% *(64 g of fennel and 20 g of pink
berries are needed to flavour 1L of olive oil).
Store in a cool dark place.
