A delicious aubergine caviar made with grilled aubergines. Our recipe captures all the flavours of this iconic Mediterranean vegetable. It tastes particularly great on toast.

Aubergine caviar tastes great on bread, and it also adds a pop of flavour to pies and steamed vegetables.

COMPOSITION

Seasoned aubergine paste.
Ingredients: grilled aubergine [origin: EU] 62.6% (with antioxidant: citric acid), vegetal oils (sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil), black olives pulp (black olives, salt), garlic, salt, concentrated lemon juice, pepper. Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts and sesame.

Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and use within 8 days.
