Description
The pungent and spicy flavours of wild garlic give character to our infused olive oil. The intense flavour of wild garlic is similar to that of chives, and it’s guaranteed to add a pop of flavour to your favourite dishes.

Advice on use
This olive oil is perfect with pasta and rice dishes. It also tastes great with hummus, artichoke purée and mashed potato. It’s great for dressing green and mixed salads and in marinades for grilled or roasted meats (rack of lamb). It’s delicious drizzled on fresh goat’s cheese, too. To enjoy its full flavour, we recommend using it as a garnish after cooking.
