The PDO Nyons olive oil, made with ripe fruit, is characterised by its full flavour while the PDO Provence olive oil is distinguished by its mature fruity taste and notes of black tapenade and confit olives.

Advice on use

Our PDO Haute Provence extra virgin olive oil tastes delicious drizzled over green and mixed salads. It’s also great with roasted meats or fresh cheese and makes a tasty dip for garlic bread.

Our PDO Nyons extra virgin olive oil is best used to cook oven-baked fish or season vegetable tagliatelle. It’s also delicious drizzled over mashed potatoes.

Our PDO Provence mature virgin olive oil is perfect for pan-fried vegetables, grilled asparagus or scallops.
