You can definitely deliver a gift straight to your friend's address! Simply place your order like normal and enter your friend’s address in the “Delivery Address" field. Just make sure to use your own billing address.

You can make a complaint via email to our customer service team explaining the damage, simply contact the email address provided in the contact section of the A l’Olivier website. To make processing your request quicker and easier, please include your order number, first and last name, delivery address and phone number in your email. We also recommend that you attach photos showing the damage. Your claim must be made no later than 48 hours after receiving your order. After receiving your complaint, our customer service team will review your request and contact you directly.

To track your order, simply go to the Colissimo website (www.laposte.fr) and enter the tracking number provided in the email Colissimo will have sent you. This will allow you to track your package.

If your order confirmation email doesn’t arrive in your inbox, we recommend that you first check your Spam folder. Business emails can sometimes end up there by mistake. If the confirmation email isn’t there either, log in to your customer account and go to your order history. Here you’ll find all your order details.
