The balsamic vinegar with truffle juice is great for deglazing pan-fried foie gras or duck breast. 

The white truffle olive oil tastes great on steamed potato, veal chops in a creamy sauce, risotto or simply drizzled over pasta.

The white truffle bouquet mustard works well as part of an appetiser... for example on pastries or in small dishes. It also makes a delicious pizza base and a good accompaniment for meats and poultry.

1- BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA WITH BLACK TRUFFLE JUICE - 250ML
Ingredients: balsamic vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar, cooked grape must, sulphites), truffle juice (tuber melanoporum & tuber brumale, salt) 3%, natural flavourings.

2 - CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 97%, WHITE TRUFFLE AND AROMA - 250ML

Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil 97%, white truffle infused olive oil [extra virgin olive oil 1.8%, white truffe (Tuber Magnatum) 0,2% ]and aroma. 
Store in a cool dark place.

3. WHITE TRUFFLE BOUQUET MUSTARD - 100G
Ingredients: water, mustard seed, white vinegar, salt, natural flavouring. Preservative: sulphites.
Storage advice: once opened, keep in the refrigerator.
