The Picholine olive is a particularly well-known olive variety from Provence and Languedoc. It’s known for its firm flesh, elongated shape and great taste. The Picholine olive is one of the most common varieties in France. They make a great appetiser and taste great in sauces that accompany meat.

Ingredients: Picholines olives, water, salt, sunflower oil, acidifier: lactic acid.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
