Payment at A l'Olivier

First, check the code is valid. If it is valid, please try entering it again. If the code still doesn’t work, please contact our customer service team via e-mail at: service.clients@alolivier.com. Please specify your promo code and the transaction you wish to apply it to in the body of your email. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
Before checkout, you can enter your promo code in the field labelled "promo code". Once you have entered the code, you can continue with checkout and proceed to the payment. The cost of your order will be reduced automatically.
First, check your internet connection. If you’re still unable to complete the payment step, check your bank card is eligible. If so, try again with another payment method. If the problem persists, contact the A l’Olivier team at service.clients@alolivier.com or call +331 30 18 09 09.
All credit card payments are 100% secured by the Stripe platform, in accordance with French and international interbank security arrangements. Stripe allows internet users to shop online safely and with complete peace of mind.
