You can save products to your wish-list. To do this, you’ll need an account with us. If you add a product to your basket, it will remain there for you until you choose to remove it, whether you have an account with us or not. Alert management is effective as soon as you opt in to updates on out-of-stock products. You can manage this from the "My Alerts" section in your user account.

To delete your account, you can send an email to service.clients@alolivier.com. In order to help us optimise our website and improve our services, we’d be grateful if you shared the reason for your account deletion request in your email. You’ll receive a confirmation message once your account has been deleted.

In accordance with current legislation and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), A l’Olivier is committed to protecting your personal data. For more information, you can take a look at our “Privacy Policy”, which is located at the bottom of each page on this website. You can download all data collected about you (such as current items in your basket, service messages, your IP address as well as the personal information you provided when creating your account) in PDF format.

You can change your information at any time by visiting "My Account". You have the option to change your last name, first name, email address, password, delivery addresses and billing address.

To unsubscribe from the A l’Olivier newsletter, go to the bottom of the e-mail newsletter page and click on "Unsubscribe". An “unsubscribe” option is provided in each A l’Olivier newsletter. Click on “Unsubscribe from our newsletter” to be redirected to the page that allows you to manage your subscription.

Don’t worry, resetting your password is easy! Just click on “Forgot your password” on the “My Account” page where you need to enter your login details. Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Can't find the password reset email in your inbox? Check your spam folder. Creating an account with A l’Olivier is quick and easy. On a computer, click on “My Account” on the website home page and follow the instructions. On a mobile, the process is the same: click on “My Account” in the drop-down menu and follow the instructions.
