Traditional Greek Salad with A l'Olivier extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Ingredients bursting with freshness for a trip to the cradle of Western civilization.
- 300 g red cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 yellow pepper
- 200 g of feta
- 1 red onion
- 100 g of small Kalamata Greek olives
- 300 g of young lettuce shoots
- A l’Olivier extra virgin olive oil spray
- A l’Olivier balsamic vinegar spray
- Freshly ground pepper
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters.
2. Peel and slice the onion into thin strips.
3. Wash and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
4. Wash and deseed the pepper, then cut into small pieces.
5. Dice the feta.
6. Wash and spin dry the lettuce shoots.
7. When ready to serve, arrange all the ingredients in a bowl.
8. Add a few sprays of A l’Olivier extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the salad..
9. Serve immediatly.
