| 12.08.2022Smoked salmon and avocado open sandwich with A l’Olivier lemon & ginger aromatic olive oil and vinegar & mango
Bring a touch of acidity and exoticism to your famous avocado & smoked salmon sandwiches. A real treat for the taste buds!

Ingredients
- 4 slices of French bread
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 avocados
- 1 shallot
- 100 g of cream cheese (sheep’s milk or other)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp. of A l’Olivier lemon & ginger aromatic olive oil
- 1 tbsp. of A l’Olivier vinegar & mango
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
- Small handful of lamb’s lettuce
Method
1.Peel the avocados and remove the pit.
2. Blend the avocado flesh with the shallot, lemon juice, A l’Olivier lemon & ginger aromatic olive oil and A l’Olivier vinegar & mango.
3. When the mixture is well blended, set aside.
4. Toast the slices of French bread.
5.Spread the cream cheese on the toasted bread and then cover with the avocado purée.
6. Top with the slices of smoked salmon.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and lamb’s lettuce.
8. Finish by drizzling A l’Olivier lemon & ginger aromatic olive oil over each slice.
9. Serve immediatly.

Tip: Try adding a few drops of A l’Olivier virgin toasted sesame oil to the salmon instead of A l’Olivier lemon & ginger aromatic olive oil.
