ROASTED APRICOTS WITH HONEY AND A L’OLIVIER AROMATIC LAVENDER OLIVE OIL

A beautiful combination of lavender and apricot in a recipe bursting with the flavours of Provence. A guaranteed treat for the taste buds!

Préparation

1. Wash and dry the apricots, then slice and remove the pits.

2. F Fry the apricots in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of A l’Olivier aromatic lavender olive oil, lime juice and honey.

3. Fry the apricots for a few minutes on each side.

4. Place them on a plate and drizzle with A l’Olivier aromatic lavender oil prior to serving.

5. Your apricots are ready to eat.

Tip 1: You can also make this recipe with our Lavender & Tonka bean aromatic olive oil. The Tonka bean will also bring woody and almond notes to your dessert.

Tip 2: Recipe to make in any season with frozen or canned apricots. You can replace the apricots with quartered peaches or a red fruit coulis.
