| 27.07.2022Vegetable tian with A l’Olivier Provencal herbs aromatic olive oil
The good taste of melt-in-the-mouth vegetables. This tian will be perfect to accompany your summer grilled fish or meat.

Ingredients
- 3 courgettes
- 5 small tomatoes
- 3 purple aubergines
- 3 sweet onions
- 600 g of potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tbsp. of A l’Olivier Provencal herbs aromatic olive oil
- A few sprigs of thyme
- A few sprigs of oregano
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 140° (gas mark 3).
2. Peel and slice the onions.
3. Brown the onion in a frying pan with 2 tbsp of A l’Olivier Provencal herbs aromatic olive oil.
4. Peel and crush the garlic clove. Add it to the onions while they’re cooking.
5. Peel the potatoes.
6. Wash and slice all the vegetables.
7. Pour the cooked garlic and onion mixture in a round ovenproof dish.
8. DArrange the sliced vegetables top, alternating them.
9. Drizzle the remaining A l’Olivier Provencal herbs aromatic olive oil on top and sprinkle with thyme and oregano.
10. Season with salt and pepper.
11. Bake in the oven for at least 2 hours.
