MARINATED CHICKEN AND COURGETTE SKEWERS LEMON BASIL AROMATIC ELIXIR OLIVE OIL
A summer flavor for this recipe that is both fresh and tangy
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp A l’Olivier Lemon Basil Aromatic Elixir Olive Oil
- 1 red onion
- 3 courgettes
- 1 lemon
- A few sprigs of fresh basil/li>
- Table salt, ground pepper
1. Cut the chicken into large cubes./p>
2. Make the marinade with 2 tablespoons of A l’Olivier Lemon Basil Aromatic Elixir Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
Faire mariner le poulet 30 min.
33. Meanwhile, slice the courgette into ribbons using a vegetable peeler or a mandoline slicer. Season with the remaining A l’Olivier Lemon Basil Aromatic Elixir Olive Oil, salt and pepper. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator.
4. Slice the onion into large wedges.
5. Alternately place pieces of chicken and onion on skewers.
6. Barbecue or grill on a high heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Serve with the courgette salad and garnish with basil leaves.
