Smoked salmon & avocado tartines with lemon & ginger aromatic olive oil and A l'Olivier mango & vinegar

Tartines saumon fumé & avocat à l’huile d’olive aromatique citron & gingembre et au vinaigre & mangue A l’Olivier

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Peel the avocados and remove the pit.

2. Blend the avocado flesh with the shallot, lemon juice, A l’Olivier Lemon & Ginger Aromatic Olive Oil, and A l’Olivier Mango Vinegar.

3. Once the mixture is smooth, set aside.

4. Toast the slices of country bread.

5. Spread fresh cheese on the bread slices and cover with the avocado puree.

6. Add the smoked salmon slices.

7. Sprinkle with lamb's lettuce leaves and sesame seeds.

8. Finish with a drizzle of A l’Olivier Lemon & Ginger Aromatic Olive Oil on each tartine.

9. Serve immediately.

Enjoy your meal

Tip: Add a few drops of A l’Olivier toasted sesame virgin oil on the salmon instead of A l’Olivier Lemon & Ginger Aromatic Olive Oil.
