Ingredients
- 4 slices of country bread
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 avocados
- 1 shallot
- 100g fresh cheese (sheep's or other)
- Juice of half a yellow lemon
- 1 tbsp A l’Olivier Lemon & Ginger Aromatic Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp A l’Olivier Mango Vinegar
- A few sesame seeds
- A few lamb's lettuce leaves
Preparation
1. Peel the avocados and remove the pit.
2. Blend the avocado flesh with the shallot, lemon juice, A l’Olivier Lemon & Ginger Aromatic Olive Oil, and A l’Olivier Mango Vinegar.
3. Once the mixture is smooth, set aside.
4. Toast the slices of country bread.
5. Spread fresh cheese on the bread slices and cover with the avocado puree.
6. Add the smoked salmon slices.
7. Sprinkle with lamb's lettuce leaves and sesame seeds.
8. Finish with a drizzle of A l’Olivier Lemon & Ginger Aromatic Olive Oil on each tartine.
9. Serve immediately.
Enjoy your meal
Tip: Add a few drops of A l’Olivier toasted sesame virgin oil on the salmon instead of A l’Olivier Lemon & Ginger Aromatic Olive Oil.
