Ingredients
- 1 handful of arugula
- 1 handful of curly endive
- 1 handful of radicchio
- 8 fresh purple figs
- 1 pomegranate
- 100g fresh goat cheese
- 2 tbsp A l'Olivier Fig Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 tbsp A l'Olivier Virgin Walnut Oil
- Fleur de sel
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
1. Wash and dry the arugula, curly endive, and radicchio mixture.
2. Quarter the figs and deseed the pomegranate.
3. Place salad and fig quarters on each plate.
4. Top with crumbled fresh goat cheese and a few pomegranate seeds.
5. In a bowl, mix the A l'Olivier Fig Balsamic Vinegar with the A l'Olivier Walnut Oil. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over each plate and enjoy.
