Autumnal Salad with Fig Balsamic Dressing and A L’Olivier Virgin Walnut Oil

Salade automnale sauce au vinaigre & figue et à l’huile vierge de noix A l’Olivier

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Wash and dry the arugula, curly endive, and radicchio mixture.

2. Quarter the figs and deseed the pomegranate.

3. Place salad and fig quarters on each plate.

4. Top with crumbled fresh goat cheese and a few pomegranate seeds.

5. In a bowl, mix the A l'Olivier Fig Balsamic Vinegar with the A l'Olivier Walnut Oil. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Pour the dressing over each plate and enjoy.
