Our black truffle olive oil is obtained by macerating real pieces of "Tuber Melanosporum" black truffle, enhanced with a truffle aroma, in our extra virgin olive oil.

The combination of these two noble ingredients creates a subtly flavored oil with a fine & delicate taste, true to the flavor of fresh black truffle.
