Ingredients
- 300 g red cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 yellow pepper
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 red onion
- 100 g small Kalamata Greek olives
- 300g young salad leaves
- A l'Olivier Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray
- A l'Olivier Balsamic Vinegar Spray
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
2. Peel the onion and slice it thinly.
3. Wash and slice the cucumber thinly.
4. Wash, deseed the pepper and cut it into small pieces.
5. Cut the feta into cubes.
6. Wash and drain the young salad leaves.
7. When serving, arrange the ingredients in a deep dish.
8. Add a few sprays of A l'Olivier Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar to the salad.
9. Serve immediately.
