Pasta with Button Mushroom and Wild Garlic Olive Oil by A L'Olivier

Pâtes sauce aux champignons de Paris et à l’huile d’olive ail des ours A l’Olivier

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

2. In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms with a knob of butter. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 7 to 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water.

4. In the pan with the mushrooms, add the crème fraîche and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.

5. Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce.

6. Plate the dish.

7. Grate Parmesan over the top, add a few sprigs of parsley, and finish with a drizzle of A l’Olivier wild garlic olive oil.
