Ingredients
- 2cl of A l'Olivier passion fruit vinegar
- 5cl pineapple juice
- 15cl apricot juice
- Fresh passion fruit
- One slice of lemon
- A few mint leaves
- Crushed ice
Preparation
1. Fill ¼ of the glass with crushed ice.
2. Add the A l'Olivier passion fruit vinegar and juices.
3. Add the pulp of ½ passion fruit.
4. Stir vigorously with a spoon.
5. Finish with a few mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
