Ingredients
- 800 g of potatoes for mashing (Bintje, Manon, Agata, Agria, etc.)
- 10 cl hot milk
- 4 tbsp A L'Olivier Black Truffle Flavored Olive Oil
- A few sprigs of chives
- A few sprigs of chervil
- Fine salt, ground pepper
Preparation
1. Peel the potatoes. Cook them for 25 minutes in boiling salted water until tender: a knife blade should pierce them easily.
2. Mash them with a potato masher or a fork.
3. Add the milk and A L'Olivier black truffle flavored olive oil, mixing vigorously.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Finely chop the chervil and chives.
6. Divide the mashed potatoes into individual ramekins. Sprinkle with herbs, add a drizzle of A L'Olivier black truffle flavored olive oil and serve hot.
