APRICOTS ROASTED WITH HONEY AND LAVENDER A L'OLIVIER AROMATIC OLIVE OIL

ABRICOTS RÔTIS AU MIEL ET À L’HUILE D’OLIVE AROMATIQUE LAVANDE A L’OLIVIER

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Wash and dry the apricots, cut them in half and remove the pits.

2. Sauté the apricots in a pan with 2 tablespoons of A L'Olivier Lavender Aromatic Olive Oil, lime juice, and honey.

3. Let them brown for a few minutes on each side.

4. When serving, arrange them on a plate and add a drizzle of A L'Olivier Lavender Aromatic Olive Oil.

5. Serve immediately.

Tip 1: You can also make this recipe with our Lavender & Tonka Bean Aromatic Olive Oil. The Tonka bean will also add woody and almond notes to your dessert.

Tip 2: This recipe can be made all season long with frozen or canned apricots. You can replace apricots with peach wedges or a red fruit coulis.
