Nyons PDO black olives

A fleshy, slightly wrinkled texture, fruity aromas of undergrowth, red berries and ripe olives subtly mingled with notes of chocolate and vanilla.

The characteristic taste of Nyons olives is due to the brining process, which confits them without compromising their original taste. Immersed for several months in a preparation of water and sea salt, they lose their natural bitterness and retain a melt-in-your-mouth flesh and their good olive taste.
