Our black truffle olive oil is made by infusing real pieces of "Tuber Melanosporum" black truffle, enhanced with truffle aroma, in our extra virgin olive oil.

The combination of these two noble ingredients creates a subtly flavored oil with a fine and delicate taste, true to the flavor of fresh black truffle.
