Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons of A L'OLIVIER French garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 small fresh red chili or 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 extra clove of garlic (optional, for a stronger flavor)
- A small bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, pepper (Optional)
- Grated Parmesan or golden breadcrumbs for topping
Preparation:
1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
2. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, until al dente.
3. Drain, reserving a small ladleful of cooking water.
4. Prepare the sauce In a large skillet, heat the garlic olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chili (or flakes) and, if you want more flavor, a minced garlic clove.
5. Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes without burning the garlic.
6. Mix with pasta Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, mix well to coat. If needed, add a little cooking water to bind everything together.
7. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
8. Finish Off the heat, add the fresh parsley.
9. Mix one last time.
10. Serve immediately, with Parmesan or a little golden breadcrumbs if you want a little crunch.
