Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 110 g almond flour
- 25 g flour
- 30 g sugar
- 2 tbsp liquid honey
- 4 tbsp A l'Olivier vanilla & combava olive oil (or 70 g)
- A pinch of fine salt
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (th.6-7).
2. Mix the almond flour, flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
3. Add the egg whites at room temperature, honey, and A l'Olivier vanilla & combava olive oil.
4. Mix until you obtain a smooth batter.
5. Pour into silicone financier molds placed on a baking sheet. If using metal molds, lightly oil them before pouring the batter.
6. Bake for 15 to 18 min, until the edges of the financiers turn golden.
7. Let cool slightly before unmolding.
8. Enjoy warm or cold.
