Our lemon and ginger olive oil complements fish and poultry marinades as well as exotic dishes such as Thai salads. Passion fruit vinegar makes a great substitute for lemon juice on pan-fried fish, and it’s also a great way to deglaze a pan of langoustines sautéed in olive oil. It makes a perfect fish marinade, and tastes great with scallop carpaccio, sushi, and exotic salads. The delicious truffle-flavoured artichoke spread tastes great on toast or as a condiment with steamed vegetables.

1- CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 99%, LEMON AND GINGER EXTRACTS
AND LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, ginger infused olive oil (extra virgin olive oil, ginger 10.6%) lemon infused olive oil (extra virgin olive oil, lemon 0.6%), lemon essential oil 0.1%.

2- VINEGAR WITH PASSION FRUIT PUREE
Ingredients: vinegar 42.5%, passion fruit puree 36%, sugar, thickener: pectin.

Energy: 490 kJ / 117 kcal - Fat: 0 g - of which saturates: 0 g - Carbohydrate: 28 g - of which sugars: 26 g - Fibre: 0 g - Protein: 0 g - Salt: 0.04 g.

3- ARTICHOKE TRUFFLE 1.5% CREAM
WITH NATURAL FLAVOURS
Ingredients: artichoke 63%, water, sunflower oil, black winter truffle (Tuber brumale, Tuber melanosporum) 1.6%, extra virgin olive oil, black winter truffle cooking juice 0.1%, lemon juice, salt, natural flavours, garlic, chives, modified starch, white pepper.
Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts and sesame.
