Advice on use

Try our black truffle flavour olive oil as a finishing touch on freshly baked poultry or drizzled over an asparagus risotto, a southwestern salad, fresh pasta, mashed potatoes or an omelette.

Our mango vinegar doesn’t just pair well with duck breast or a caramelised pork, it also tastes great with desserts like mango and coconut verrine.

Our tasty truffle flavoured artichoke spread is delicious on toast or as a condiment with steamed vegetables.

COMPOSITION

1- CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 99% BLACK TRUFFLE EXTRACT TUBER MELANOSPORUM AND NATURAL FLAVOURING
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, black truffle infused olive oil [extra virgin olive oil, black truffle (tuber melanosporum) 0.2%], natural flavouring 5%.

2. VINEGAR WITH MANGO PUREE
Ingredients: vinegar 43%, mango puree 36% sugar, thickener: pectin.

Nutritional values for 100 ml :
Energy: 490 kJ / 117 kcal - Fat: 0 g - of which saturates: 0 g - Carbohydrate: 29 g - of which sugars: 26 g - Fibre: 0 g - Protein: 0 g - Salt: 0.03 g. Shake well before use. Once opened, store in a refrigerator.

3. ARTICHOKE TRUFFLE 1.5% CREAM WITH NATURAL
Ingredients: artichoke 63%, water, sunflower oil, black winter truffle (Tuber brumale, Tuber melanosporum) 1.6%, extra virgin olive oil, black winter truffle cooking juice 0.1%, lemon juice, salt, natural flavours, garlic, chives, modified starch, white pepper.
Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts and sesame.
