Add a little summer flavour to all your recipes with our delicious collection! An assortment of garlic & thyme olive oil, pepper & Espelette chilli vinegar and our must-have aubergine caviar. With this set, you can enjoy sweet summer flavours all year round.

Advice on use

Garlic & thyme oil is ideal for grilling meat, fish and vegetables or for drizzling over mashed potatoes and omelettes. It’s also delicious on goat’s cheese or as a dip. Our Espelette chilli and pepper vinegar is perfect for deglazing meats such as veal ribs, rack of lamb or poultry. It also tastes great with pan-fried vegetables and cuttlefish with garlic and parsley. You can also use it to season gourmet salads. Aubergine caviar also tastes great on toast.

COMPOSITION

1- CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 95.6%, GARLIC AND THYME EXTRACTS
Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 70%, garlic and thyme infused olive oil (extra virgin olive oil 25.6%, thyme 2.7%, garlic 1.7%).

2- VINEGAR WITH BELL PEPPER PUREE AND ESPELETTE CHILLI
Ingredients: vinegar 42%, bell pepper 40%, sugar, thickener: pectin, Espelette chilli 0,5%.

3- SEASONED AUBERGINE PASTE
Ingredients: grilled aubergine 62.6% (with antioxidant: citric acid), vegetal oils (sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil), black olives pulp (black olives, salt), garlic, salt, concentrated lemon juice, pepper.
Made in a factory using: celery, crustaceans, eggs, fish, milk, molluscs, mustard, nuts and sesame.
