Description

Fall in love with our PDO Nyons olive oil. A speciality from the French region of Drome, the Tanche is a hardy variety of olive tree capable of resisting frost, and this strength gives it this very special taste. An exceptional ripe fruitiness with a hint of sweetness and notes of almond, hazelnut, pear and sometimes even lavender.

Advice on use

This oil is ideal on baked fish, vegetable tagliatelle, mashed potatoes or drizzled over cheese.
