Advice on use

This olive oil makes a great meat and fish marinade and tastes great on fresh tomato bruschetta. It also makes a great dip.

COMPOSITION

CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 99 % AND ROSEMARY EXTRACT

Ingredients: extra virgin olive oil 99 %, rosemary extract 1 %
(80 g of rosemary are needed to flavour 1 L of olive oil).
Store in a cool dark place.

Excellent. Mais la bouteille n'est pas transparente et on a du mal a savoir où on en est. Sur une côtelette d'agneau juste rosée, un régal. Accompagne évidemment tous les plats et grillades de l'été !
