Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp A l'Olivier aromatic basil and lemon olive oil elixir
- 1 red onion
- 3 zucchini
- 1 lemon
- A few sprigs of fresh basil
- Fine salt, ground pepper
- Skewers
Preparation
1. Cut the chicken into large cubes.
2. Prepare the marinade with 2 tablespoons of A l'Olivier aromatic basil and lemon olive oil elixir, season with salt and pepper.
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, thinly slice the zucchini into ribbons using a vegetable peeler or mandoline. Season them with the remaining A l'Olivier aromatic basil and lemon olive oil elixir, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
4. Slice the onion into large wedges.
5. Alternate chicken pieces and onions on the skewers.
6. Grill on a barbecue or hot grill for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Serve with the zucchini salad, garnished with basil leaves.
